   1. Parents need to proceed to the Directions for Enrolling a Student below for enrollment instructions
2. NEFEC Member Districts
   1. Parents should go to their districts website for further instructions. All enrollments will be through NEFEC except where stated.

Directions for Enrolling a Student

The following directions will guide you through the creating an account process. This must be done first, and only once, before you may start filling out a student application on the Blue Ridge web site.

1. Open internet browser and click this link:
   https://grad.novelstars.com/payment/ BRFLIndApplication.aspx
2. This will bring you to the enrollment/application creation wizard
3. Fill out the application following these instructions:

Section I: Student Information

NOTE: Most questions are self explanatory. The following information will help with those that are not.

1. SSN: Please place the student's social security number here. This is used as the student number for state and district purposes.
2. E-mail: This should be the student's e-mail, but a parent's e-mail is acceptable.
3. Program: Select “Blue Ridge Florida”
4. Student has IEP/504: This is for students who have special education plans (IEP also known as Individual Education Plan) or some type of disability that is documented (called a 504 plan).
5. Type: Select “Florida Student”

NOTE: Please be assured that the Blue Ridge Application process is protected by encryption codes and cannot be viewed by anyone but you and Blue Ridge personnel.

Section II: Parent Information
This section is mandatory. We will need contact information (e-mail address and phone number for at least one parent/guardian.

Section III: Comments
If there is any important information we should know about your child, it should be placed here.

4. Once your application has been received, you will receive an e-mail confirmation that we have your information and it will provide you information on how to proceed to your Blue Ridge Home page. Blue Ridge will need your transcript which we will request from the Alachua School District. Once this has been received and your eligibility for this virtual program has been verified, your child will be enrolled in classes.
